OORT Partners with LayerZero to Take $OORT Across Chains

OORT is excited to announce its integration of LayerZero, the interop protocol. By leveraging immutable smart contracts and permissionless development, LayerZero empowers applications to communicate seamlessly across multiple blockchain networks.

With this integration, OORT tokens ($OORT) can now be accessed across multiple blockchain ecosystems and protocols without requiring users to mint new tokens or swap assets between chains – starting with Solana and TON. The decision was made by the community through a governance vote, where Solana and TON were chosen over Ethereum Layer-2s. This enhances liquidity, accessibility, and interoperability for OORT token holders and the broader decentralized ecosystem.

Partnering with LayerZero marks another step in OORT’s commitment to expanding its on-chain ecosystem. Recently, OORT’s on-chain ecosystem achieved several major milestones including:

• Launched HumanAIx, a global alliance for decentralized protocols to join hands and build a better AI infrastructure.
• Hosted BUS tours and Hackerhouse during ETHDenver, engaging communities worldwide to drive awareness and adoption of decentralized AI.
• Bridged USDC to its native DeAI chain Olympus, becoming a first for the decentralized AI L1s. This marks a major milestone for the DeAI ecosystem, setting the stage for real-world use cases and establishing a practical and functional infrastructure with true liquidity and financial stability for DeAI projects to build on the specialty blockchain network.
• Completed the mainnet Harlley Upgrade.
